El objetivo de la presente Norma Oficial Mexicana es establecer las especificaciones para la emisión de las publicaciones técnicas aeronáuticas que complementen a las normas oficiales mexicanas que emita la Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Transportes, por lo que resulta aplicable a las distintas áreas que integran a la Autoridad Aeronáutica.

The objective of this Official Mexican Standard is to establish the specifications for the issuance of the aeronautical technical publications that complement the Official Mexican Standards issued by the Secretary of Communications and Transportation, for which it becomes applicable to the distinct areas that integrate the Aeronautical Authority.
