Esta Norma Oficial
Mexicana, se refiere a la Denominación de
Origen “Tequila”, cuya titularidad
corresponde al Estado Mexicano en los
términos de la Ley de la Propiedad
Industrial. La emisión de esta norma es
necesaria, de conformidad con el punto 2 de
la Declaración General de Protección a la
Denominación de Origen “Tequila”, publicada
en el Diario Oficial de la Federación el 13
de octubre de 1977 (en lo sucesivo referida
como “la Declaración”) y con las fracciones
II, XII y XV del artículo 40 de la Ley
Federal sobre Metrología y Normalización. |
This Official
Mexican Standard refers to the Guarantee of
Origin of “Tequila,” whose ownership
corresponds to the Mexican State under the
terms of the Law of Industrial Property. The
issuance of this NOM is necessary, in
conformity with point 2 of the General
Declaration of Protection of the Guarantee
of Origin “Tequila,” published in the
Official Daily of the Federation on the 13th
of October of 1977 (hereinafter referred to
as “the Guarantee”) and with the section XV
of article 40 of the Federal Law of
Metrology and Standardization.
