1.1 Establecer las características y especificaciones técnicas y de seguridad para el diseño, construcción e instalación de los equipos para los vehículos tipo grúa para arrastre y/o salvamento.

1.1 Establish the technical and safety characteristics and specifications for the design, construction and installation of equipment for crane-type vehicles for towing and/or rescue.

1.2 Asentar las características y especificaciones técnicas y de seguridad del equipamiento para los vehículos tipo grúa para arrastre y/o salvamento durante su operación.
