Que el Honorable Congreso de la Unión, se ha servido dirigirme el siguiente

"EL CONGRESO GENERAL DE LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS MEXICANOS, DECRETA:

SE EXPIDE LA LEY DE AMNISTÍA.

THE LAW OF AMNESTY IS ISSUED .

Artículo Único. Se expide la Ley de Amnistía.

Sole Article. The Law of Amnesty is issued .
