Establecer las condiciones de seguridad y salud en el trabajo en los lugares de trabajo en donde las personas trabajadoras bajo la modalidad de Teletrabajo realicen sus actividades, a fin de prevenir accidentes y enfermedades, así como promover un medioambiente seguro y saludable en su entorno laboral.

To establish the occupational health and safety conditions in the workplaces where workers under the Telework modality carry out their activities, in order to prevent accidents and illnesses, as well as to promote a safe and healthy environment in their work environment.

2. Field of application.

La presente Norma Oficial Mexicana rige en toda la República Mexicana y aplica a todos los centros de trabajo que cuenten con personas trabajadoras bajo la modalidad de Teletrabajo.

This Official Mexican Standard regulates in the entire Mexican Republic and applies to all workplaces that have workers under the Teleworking modality.
