Datos Personales tales como: Nombre Completo, Edad o
Fecha de Nacimiento, Actividad, Profesión u Ocupación,
Compañía para la que trabajan, Domicilio, Número
Telefónico, y Correo Electrónico.

In order for our Clients or Users to be able to have
access to the products or services of MEXICANLAWS, they
voluntarily provide us Personal Data such as: Complete
Name, Age or Date of Birth, Activity, Profession or
Occupation, Company for whom they work, Domicile,
Telephone Number, and Email. |

recaba de nuestros Clientes o Usuarios se hace
únicamente a través de medios legales y legítimos. |
The information they provide and that gathered from our
Clients or Users, is done solely through legal and
legitimate means.

Los Datos Personales, incluyendo los Datos Sensibles a
que se refiere la Ley Federal de Protección de Datos
Personales en posesión de Particulares, que nos
proporcionan nuestros Clientes o Usuarios en forma
voluntaria, ya sea en forma física, electrónica o por
cualquier otro medio, son tratados y guardados en forma
confidencial. |
Confidentiality. The personal data, including the
Sensitive Data referred to in the Federal Law of
Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private
Parties, that our Clients or Users voluntarily provide
us, whether physically, electronically or by any other
media, is treated and guarded confidentially.

Asimismo, a través de medios
tecnológicos y de procedimientos internos de protección,
MEXICANLAWS realiza
constantemente su mejor esfuerzo para mantener la
seguridad de los Datos Personales que sus Clientes y
Usuarios le proporcionan, a fin de evitar el acceso no
autorizado a los mismos. |
Furthermore, through technological media and internal
protective procedures, MEXICANLAWS constantly makes its
best effort to maintain the safety of the Personal Data
that its Clients and Users provide it, for the purpose
of avoiding the unauthorized access to the same.

Los Datos Personales que nuestros Clientes o Usuarios
proporcionan a MEXICANLAWS se utilizan para proporcionar
orientación, asesoría, y asistencia, a que se tiene
acceso a través de una membresía, así como para
coordinar todos los servicios proporcionados por
MEXICANLAWS. |
Treatment. The Personal Data that our Clients or
Users provide to MEXICANLAWS is used to provide
orientation, consultation, and assistance, to which they
have access through a membership, as well as to
coordinate all the services provided by MEXICANLAWS.

Exceptuando
los Datos Personales Sensibles, la información personal
provista por nuestros Clientes o Usuarios también puede
ser utilizada para fines publicitarios, promocionales,
telemarketing, transaccionales, administración del sitio
web de MEXICANLAWS, administración de los servicios de
MEXICANLAWS, desarrollo de nuevos productos y servicios,
encuestas de calidad y satisfacción del Cliente,
análisis de uso de productos, servicios y sitio web,
para el envío de avisos acerca de productos y servicios
operados por MEXICANLAWS y/o por sus afiliadas,
subsidiarias y/o por sus socios de negocio; cuando la
Ley lo requiera, para solicitarle actualización de sus
datos y documentos de identificación, y en general para
hacer cumplir nuestros términos, condiciones y la
operación, funcionamiento y administración de nuestros
negocios. |
Excluding the Sensitive Personal Data, the personal
information provided by our Clients or Users also can be
used for purposes of publicity, promotions,
telemarketing, transactions, administration of the web
site of MEXICANLAWS, administration of the services of
MEXICANLAWS, development of new products and services,
quality surveys and surveys for satisfaction of the
Client, analysis of the use of products, services and
the web site, in order to send notices about products
and services maintained by MEXICANLAWS and/or by its
affiliates, subsidiaries and/or its business partners;
when the Law requires it, in order to request updating
their data and identification documents and, in general,
to comply with our terms, conditions, and the operation
and functioning, and administration of our businesses.

Los Clientes o Usuarios están obligados
a proporcionar sus datos personales que sean precisos,
claros, completos y actualizados, al momento en que se
lleve a cabo su recopilación, sin perjuicio de que
MEXICANLAWS pueda asegurarse de la calidad de dichos
datos personales y sin perjuicio de que dichos Clientes
o Usuarios puedan ejercer su derecho de rectificación de
los mismos, en términos del Apartado de “Medios para el
ejercicio de derechos del Titular de Datos Personales”,
en caso de que detecte o identifique que los datos que
fueron proporcionados a MEXICANLAWS no son precisos,
completos o que no están actualizados.

The Clients or Users are obligated to provide their
personal data that is precise, clear, complete and
updated, at the moment in which its collection is
carried out, without prejudice to MEXICANLAWS assuring
itself of the quality of said personal data and without
prejudice to our Clients or Users being able to exercise
their right to correct the same, under the terms of
Section “Means for the exercise of rights of the Owner
of Personal Data,” when it is detected or identified
that the data that was provided to MEXICANLAWS is not
precise, complete or not updated. |

MEXICANLAWS no está obligado a contar
con el consentimiento previo del Titular de los Datos
Personales para su tratamiento, en los casos siguientes:
(i) Esté previsto en una Ley, (ii) Los datos figuren en
fuentes de acceso público, (iii) Los datos personales se
hayan sometido a un procedimiento previo de disociación;
(iv) Para el cumplimiento de las obligaciones que en su
caso MEXICANLAWS haya contraído con el Titular de los
Datos Personales con motivo y derivado de un contrato
celebrado entre los mismos; (v) Exista una situación de
emergencia que potencialmente pueda dañar a un individuo
en su persona o en sus bienes; o (vi) Se dicte
resolución de autoridad competente.

MEXICANLAWS is obligated to have the prior consent of
the Owner of the Personal Data for its treatment, in the
following cases: (i) It is detailed in the Law, (ii)
The data is found in sources of public access, (iii) The
personal data is submitted to a prior procedure of
dissociation; (iv) For the compliance to the obligations
that, when applicable, MEXICANLAWS has contracted with
the Owner of the Personal Data for reason and derived
from a contract entered into between the parties; (v)
There exists an emergency situation that potentially can
damage an individual in their person or in their
property; or (vi) a Resolution is issued by an
authority with jurisdiction. |

perjuicio de lo anterior, los datos personales serán
empleados y divulgados únicamente con motivo de los

respecto de la actualización de contenidos publicados en

Limitation of the Use or Disclosure of Data. The
personal data that our Clients and Users provide to us
through legal or legitimate means, or when applicable,
on the web site

confidentially. Without prejudice to the preceding, the
personal data will be employed and disclosed only for
reason of the purposes stipulated in the section
“Treatment” as well as for statistical purposes and for
the improvement of our products, services, operation,
activities, and including the updating of the content

MEXICANLAWS adoptará las medidas necesarias y razonables
para cancelar la identificación de los
datos personales que le hayan proporcionado Clientes y
Usuarios, cuando éstos ya no sean necesarios para los
fines referidos en esta Política y/o cuando ya no exista
obligación legal a cargo de MEXICANLAWS para su
conservación. |
MEXICANLAWS will adopt the measures necessary and
reasonable to cancel the identification of the personal
data provided by Clients and Users, when they no longer
are necessary for the purposes referred to in this
Policy and/or when there no longer exists a legal
obligation, responsibility of MEXICANLAWS for their
retention.

Derechos del Titular de Datos
Personales. Los Clientes y
Usuarios que nos hayan proporcionado sus Datos
Personales pueden ejercitar los derechos a que refiere
la Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en
posesión de particulares, debiendo, para tales efectos,
presentar en el domicilio de MEXICANLAWS una solicitud
por escrito. Dicha petición deberá contener cuando menos
lo siguiente: (i) Nombre del Titular de los Datos
Personales; (ii) Domicilio para recibir comunicaciones
de MEXICANLAWS; (iii) Documentos que acrediten su
identidad. En caso de ser Representante Legal, el
instrumento del que se desprendan sus facultades de
representación; (iv) Descripción clara y precisa de los
datos personales respecto de los que se busca ejercer
los derechos; (v) Cualquier otro elemento o documento
que facilite la localización de los datos personales,
así como cualquier otro elemento que, de conformidad con
la legislación y a la última Política de Privacidad que
se encuentren vigentes al momento de la presentación de
su solicitud.

Rights of the Owner of Personal Data. The Clients
and Users that have provided us their Personal Data can
exercise the rights referred to in the Federal Law of
Protection of Personal Data in possession of private
parties, requiring, for such purposes, to present at the
domicile of MEXICANLAWS a written request. Said request
must contain at least the following: (i) Name of the
Owner of the Personal Data; (ii) Domicile to receive
communications from MEXICANLAWS; (iii) Documents that
verify their identity. In case of being the legal
Representative, the instrument that details the powers
of that representation; (iv) Clear and precise
description of the personal data with respect to which
you are looking to exercise your rights; (v) Any other
element or document that facilitates the location of the
personal data, as well as any other element that, in
conformity with the legislation and the last Privacy
Policy that are valid at the moment of the presentation
of the request. |

D. TRANSFERENCIA DE DATOS. |

Los datos personales de Clientes y
Usuarios se podrán transferir a terceros para (a)
cumplir con las disposiciones legales vigentes; (b) en
acatamiento a mandamiento u orden judicial; y (c)
siempre que sea necesario para la operación y
funcionamiento de MEXICANLAWS. En caso de transferencia
de los datos personales, ésta siempre se llevará a cabo
a través de figuras e instrumentos legales que brinden
el nivel de protección y medidas de seguridad adecuados
para dichos datos. |
The personal data of Clients and Users can be
transferred to third parties in order (a) to comply with
the current legal dispositions; (b) in the observance of
a judicial ruling or order; and (c) provided that it is
necessary for the operation and functioning of
MEXICANLAWS. In the case of the transfer of the personal
data, it will always be carried out through figures and
legal instruments that render the level of protection
and safety measures adequate for said data.
