Actualmente se
encuentra vigente la Norma NOM-002-SEMARNAT-1996 que
establece los límites máximos permisibles de
contaminantes en las descargas de aguas residuales a los
sistemas de alcantarillado urbano o municipal; sin
embargo, dicha norma excluye algunas descargas de aguas
residuales al sistema de drenaje provenientes de la
industria, comercio y servicios. Por lo tanto y en
ausencia de normatividad que regule estas descargas y
considerando que en el Distrito Federal son cada vez más
numerosos los establecimientos comerciales y de
servicios, que si bien individualmente pueden no ser muy
significativos, el conjunto de estos sí lo es, en
consecuencia, se propone la creación de esta norma. |
At the present the Norma
NOM-002-SEMARNAT-1996 is current that establishes the
maximum permissible limits of contaminants in the
discharges of wastewaters to the urban or municipal
sewage systems; nevertheless, said standard excludes
some discharges of wastewaters to the drainage system
from industry, commerce and services. Therefore, and in
the absence of legislation that regulates these
discharges and considering that in the Federal District
there are more and more commercial establishments and
services, which although individually they may not be
very significant, the set of these is, consequently, the
creation of this standard is proposed. |
