Artículo 1.-
El presente Reglamento es de observancia general en todo
el territorio nacional y tiene por objeto regular el
debido respeto del derecho a la cultura que tiene toda
persona, la promoción y protección al ejercicio de los
derechos culturales y la definición de las bases de
coordinación para el acceso de los bienes y servicios
que presta el Estado en materia cultural. |
Article 1.-
This Regulation
is of general observance throughout the national
territory and its purpose is to regulate due respect for
the right to culture that every person has, the
promotion and protection of the exercise of cultural
rights and the definition of the criteria of
coordination for access to the cultural goods and
services provided by the State. |
